Our dear Andrew is moving to Austin for a couple of months to train some Clean Water Action folks. In celebration of his departure we had a lovely dinner at his home and then went off to Bottom of the Hill for Extra Action Marching Band’s Halloween show.
If you have ever been to one of their shows you would know how ridiculously raucous they are. With their moshing/groping cheerleaders, the stomp happy drum line and their crisp succinct horn section, they seriously rock the party. We were with them every step of the way as they pushed through the audience, all the while coaxing the delightfully costumed patrons into stomping, hooting, dancing, jumping, and hollarin’. Great time indeed!
Tonight, a few of our favorite San Francisco dance bands will be performing at Bottom of the Hill right around the corner from where we built Grahama’s House. It will be a great time to get dressed up, funked out and dance the wiggle so we really hope you can make it!
Super Adventure Club is headlining their CD release party accompanied by our good buddies Planet Booty and a new group we’re excited to check out, Lord Loves a Working Man.
